A: Loftus’ ticket office (012 420 0700) is open on weekdays from 8:00 – 16:00 and on match days from 8:00 onwards at the BLUE containers situated at the

Q: Is there an ATM nearby?
A: Yes, there is an ATM at Trademarx Restaurant (opposite the B-field) as well as at the Eastwood Shopping Centre, which is three blocks from the stadium.
There is also a mobile Absa ATM on the D-field during most major match days.
Q: Can I sit my child on my lap and not purchase a ticket for them?
A: No. Every human being entering the stadium must have a ticket.
Q: Do you have booster cushions for children?
Q: What is the difference between the Main Pavilion and the East Pavilion?
A: The upper section of the Main Pavilion is under roof which will keep you dry in wet weather. The lower section of the Main Pavilion is not under roof.
Spectators sitting on the East Pavilion will be in the sun and not protected from rainy weather. The new roof on the East Pavilion will not protect you
from the sun and the rain – its main goal is to accommodate the flood lights and the sound system.

Q: What are we allowed to bring into the stadium?
A: You are allowed to bring in food and drinks, but tins, bottles, glasses, hard cool bags, alcohol, fire arms, horns (vuvuzelas) and fire crackers are not
allowed. Correct.. although we allow it at soccer?? But we do not manage the stadium then.
A: Am I allowed to bring my camera into the stadium?
A: Digital cameras are allowed, but tripods, wide angle lenses or video cameras aren’t.
Q: Where is the disabled parking?
A: It is behind the North pavilion and it can be booked at Loftus’ Ticket Office. The disabled parking is for vehicles utilized by handicapped persons only
(utilizing our handicap facilities, suite and stand seating)
Q: Where is the wheelchair seating?
A: It is in the North West corner of the stadium. In order to use these facilities you need to make a booking at Loftus’ Ticket Office, and collect your
ticket at least 3 days before game day. Entrance is through Gate 1 and the disabled toilets are close by (key available at the Loftus liquor store). There
is also a Suite available that can be pre booked through the suite office.
Q: Where can we drop off disabled friends?
A: Mobility challenged People Drop-Off’s @ Park and Farendan Street. There is a mini-bus available, which will pick people up and drop them off at gate 3.
Q: Are we allowed to make special announcements (birthday wishes, engagements, wedding proposals etc) during the half time break?
A: No, the time belongs to the sponsors.
Q: Where is the bus parking?
A: Please note that ALL busses have two options to park on match day. That is – in Bond Street – in front of Meisies Hoër and the other is in Lynnwood road
– in front of Affies. No prior arrangement necessary. Green highlighted, not anymore!! And Metro will manage availability in Bond street – leave out “no
prior arrangement”.. we want to know about it but cannot control it, so just don’t say it!

A: 30 minutes before the gates open. YES

A: 30 minutes before the first curtain raiser. Usually or at minimum.. but it can differ from event to event..

Q: Is there any parking for sale for 2014?
A: Due to planned new developments in 2014, season ticket parking will no longer be available. Match-day parking will be available at Pretoria Girls High
(in Park Street) and University of Pretoria parcade in University Road. These can be purchased at www.bull.ticketpros.co.za or the Loftus Ticket office.
Q: Are there any beer tents available?
A: Yes, on the D-field before and after most of the Super Rugby matches.
3. GAUTRAIN SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE FOR LOFTUS GAMES IN 2014
The Blue Bulls Company and the Gautrain have partnered to make it easier than ever for fans to get to Loftus Versfeld. Gautrain train and bus services will
be available between Hatfield Station and Loftus Versfeld for several games in 2014.
Gautrain bus services will operate on match days between Hatfield Station and Loftus Versfeld between 2:30pm to 8pm. Standard train and bus fares will
apply. There will be dedicated pick up and drop off points within close walking distance of the stadium. Each passenger will need R20 available value on
their Gautrain Gold Card to tag onto a bus. Passengers who also use the train will enjoy the standard discounted bus fare.
4. PARK AND RIDE FACILITIES NOW AVAILABLE FOR LOFTUS GAMES IN 2014
Park and Ride Facilities are now available for all Major Rugby Games at Loftus Versfeld from various Shopping Centres in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
