Bulls surprise season ticket holders at Loftus

Unsuspecting season ticket holders arriving at Loftus Versfeld to collect their tickets for the 2013 season were taken by surprise when they were given the additional bonus of taking photos and interacting with Vodacom Bulls players, Bulletjie and the Vodacom Bulls Babes this afternoon.
The buildup to the start of the 2013 Vodacom Super Rugby season has been a particularly good one with the Vodacom Bulls clinching convincing victories against the MTN Lions and the Toyota Cheetahs respectively, which formed part of the Union’s 75th Anniversary celebrations.
Today, it was the fans’ turn to be treated to a unique opportunity to meet the players and pass on their well wishes for the season ahead, while also getting the chance to snap photos of Bulletjie and the Bulls Babes. On Monday, the Vodacom Bulls launched their “Stand By Me” campaign, a video in which the entire team sings their unique rendition of the popular hit originally performed by Ben E King.
Loftus Versfeld has been an unconquerable fortress in the past and the Vodacom Bulls are planning to use all the support and backing of their faithful and loyal fans in the season ahead to bring the Trophy back to Pretoria. Today’s meet and greet was the Vodacom Bulls players way of showing appreciation to their passionate and supportive season ticket holders.
The Vodacom Bulls kick off their 2013 Vodacom Super Rugby campaign on 22 February at Loftus Versfeld against the DHL Stormers at 7:10pm.

@17 - Stadig nou, dit kan net so maklik anders-om ook wees; lyk vir my die senuwees begin knaag. Kom ons hoop liewer dat die Bulle, Sharks en Stormers almal baie goed doen hierdie jaar en die manne nie langtermyn beserings opdoen nie. Onthou om jou tuiswedstryde te wen is on-onderhandelbaar. Goeie middag almal.
Ek is nie baie hier op die blad nie. Ek bly in NZ en moet maar geduldig hierdie kant luister na Tony Johnston en kie oor hoe hierdie jaar gaan lyk. Volgens die boys is dit Crusaders teen wie ook al. Al wat ek voor kan vra is dat hy n groot fout so vroeg in die seisoen maak. Met my ongekende kennis dink ek die Brumbies is nie n slegte keuse nie. Voor julle my kruisig, moet ek julle net herinner wie die coach is.Die Bulle aan die ander kant moet "fancy" rugby speel.Ons het ook n "fox" vir n coach.Maar ons enigste kans is om n bietjie onvoorspelbaar te wees.
Dis maar net my opinie.

Ek het gisteraand eers die Tukkie-ICT game klaar gekyk. Eish maar wat 'n swak game het die Tukkie nie gespeel nie. Hulle is nog geensins 'n span nie, individuele spelers.
Nolis, jou spelers se attitude is nie reg nie en JOU gameplan is regtig verstr_nt. Gebruik tog die talent wat daar is beter!
Ek hoop regtig nie dit is die blueprint van die tipe rugby wat die Bulls gaan speel hierdie jaar nie - balbesit weggee deur ondeurdagte skoppe, teveel skoppe.
Is Willis regtig die beste vleuel wat hulle het? Clayton speel om spectacular te wees. Shaun Adendorf is 'n showpony met geen dissipline en min impak, kla gedurig met skeidsregter en doen nie sy werk klaar nie.
Komaan Tukkies!!

Guys I appreciate your optimism for the coming season, but we must remember there are some very talented players in the Stormers and Sharks teams. It will take a mamoth effort by our Bulls team to get the better of them. My greatest thrill will be for us to beat the mountain goats and to end up above them on the Conference Table. Come on you Bulls - - - Make us proud !!!

Die Blou Bul bestuur het vir meeste van ons insluitend ek n lekker toffie gedruk.Almal was oortuig daarvan dat as Jan nie genoeg speeltyd gaan kry nie gaan hy waai.
Die een les wat ek ons as Blou Bul ondersteuners kan leer.As die spelers span manne is en potensiaal het sal die Blou Bul rugby unie hulle probeer behou.Die lekkerste van alles is dat Jan se hy is BAIE gelukkig in die Bulls opset.Hy weet hy sal dalk nog so n bietjie moet wag om die nommer twaalf trui syne te maak,maar hy is profesioneel genoeg om dit te besef.
Stander in die opsig het my teleurgestel.Maar nou ja.Nou kan volgende Vrydag,maar kom.Die Stormer manne hier in die Kaap is baie gespanne oor die game.Nie meer so grootbek nie.GO BULLS!!!!!!!!!

Louis, Jan SERFONTEIN soos in "fountain" is voorwaar 'n uitsonderlike speler...so ook Handrè Pollard en die Bulle bestuur hulle ook goed om geleidelik in senior rugby hulself te vestig. Fokus bietjie meer op die spelling ...of doen dit in Engels as jy oorwegend engelssprekend is.

Op Supersport se hulle Jan Serfontein se kontrak is verleng “for the foreseeable future”. Hy was gekontrakteer tot einde 2013 maar dis nou verleng maar daar is erg geheimhouding tot wanneer, blykbaar vanwee die feit dat almal agter hom aan is!
Mooi BBRU, dis nou wat ek pro-aktief noem!
