This game doubles up as a pre-match warm up and will give everyone a good idea of where the team is standing so far. The Lions are coming off of two strong wins against Russia and the Cheetahs and should be a great test for the Bulls.

RIP Ou Grote (Louis Luyt) - jy was nie alty almal se gunsteling nie maar het jou beste vir jou provinsie en land gegee.

Op die vorige draad het ons koppe gestamp oor die game plan. Ek was nog altyd onder die indruk 'n mens bou op jou sterk punte en kompenseer vir swakpunte = jou game plan. Jy kan nie 'n game plan wat om Fourie du Preez gebou is afdwing op spelers wat nie sy vaardighede en rugbybrein het nie. Jy kan nie vir Hougie 'n Fourie te probeer maak nie. Maak nie sakk hoe hard jy probeer nie, dit gaan nie werk nie. Ek hoop ons sien more 'n wil om die beste uit die splers wat ons gekies het en die wat ons met 'n doel gekontrakteer het te haal. As dit 'n nuwe game plan nodig het, hoop ek ons het die kennis en die wil om dit te ontwikkel en toe te pas. Kannie wag nie.
