As Bafana Bafana make their final preparations for the 29th edition of the Orange Africa Cup of Nations, the Blue Bulls Company’s staff, management and players would like to wish Gordon Igesund and his team the best of luck at the continental showpiece.
Barend van Graan, Blue Bulls Company CEO, offered encouraging words to Bafana Bafana.
“The nation is 100% behind you and wants you to succeed. Go out there, enjoy yourselves and make us proud.”
The Vodacom Bulls are all too familiar with public expectation and associated pressures in international competition, having used home support to their advantage during the 2010 Vodacom Super 14 competition.
“Nothing has more power to inspire youngsters than seeing South Africa’s best sportsmen competing at the very pinnacle of their sport. Bafana Bafana, you inspire, motivate and encourage millions of South Africans. Take to the field knowing that we support you 100% and are tremendously proud of you,” said Vodacom Bulls captain Pierre Spies.
Vodacom Bulls head coach Frans Ludeke said his team is rooting for Bafana Bafana.
“Good luck boys, we wish you the very best at Afcon 2013. Win or lose, just have fun and give it your all.”
