All South Africans have had the last few weeks to look back at the memorable year so far and have a short break in the rugby schedule. Springboks have named a side with 3 changes since the All Blacks encounter; Pat Lambie gets the start at flyhalf with JP Pietersen returning from injury and replacing the injured Habana on the wing. Juandre Kruger replaces Andre Bekker at lock in a solid side that looks balanced.

The Irish have been hit hard by injuries, with Captain Brian O’Driscoll, hooker Rory Best, flanker Sean O’Brien and fullback Rob Kearney all set to miss the November internationals entirely. Paul O’Connell was a late withdrawal in midweek. The Irish have named a side with 8 changes to the one that lost out to NZ in June. Jamie Heaslip is named as Captain in the 8th man position while SA born hooker Richardt Strauss makes his debut.
