The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-21 team received a welcome boost ahead of their Absa Under-21 Provincial Championship semifinal against the Toyota Free State in Pretoria on Saturday with Jan Serfontein declared fit to play. Serfontein’s inclusion at inside centre in place of Christopher Bosch is one of two changes to the side that travelled to Bloemfontein last weekend where they edged out Free State 31-14 in the final league match of the tournament.
Courtnall Skosan injured himself in Bloemfontein and Damian van Wyk will slot in on the rightwing.
Bosch moves to the bench, where he will be joined by a fit-again Tony Jantjies, with the flyhalf fully fit again following a troublesome calf injury.
The team to face Free State at 17h00 is: Ulrich Beyers, Damian van Wyk, William Small-Smith, Jan Serfontein, Travis Ismaiel, Tian Schoeman, Lohan Jacobs, Jean Cook, Wiaan Liebenberg ©, Shaun Adendorff, Marvin Orie, Mike Williams, Hencus van Wyk, Bongi Mbonambi, Juan Schoeman.
